Vault Bioventures’ Privacy Policy

Vault Bioventures (collectively, “Vault Bioventures”, “Vault Bio”, “Vault”, “us” or “we”) is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data, which is any information that is capable of identifying you as an individual person, collected via this website or 3rd party websites or applications that post a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “the Online Channels”).

Information we collect

Vault Bioventures collects personal data in certain instances, including, but not limited to, when you contact us through any of our contact forms, register for Vault Bioventures’ newsletters and alerts, sign up for conferences and events, connect with us on social media, and/or participate in public user posting areas (such as blogs, forums, surveys, social media, etc). The personal data collected may include, but is not limited to information that you provide, such as your name, physical location, address, e-mail address, telephone number (office, home, cell, or fax number) and background information required to apply for a job.

We may also automatically collect information about the devices you use to interact with our Online Channels. The information we automatically collect may include IP address, device identifier, web browser, and browsing information collected through cookies, location based information, beacon technology, pixels or clear gifs, and other technologies (collectively “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies”) used on Online Channels. We may also automatically collect information about how you use the Online Channels, such as what you have searched for and viewed on the Online Channels. Use of information

The collection of personal data may be required for the operation of the Online Channels. We may keep your personal data on file and use it to contact you. Our Online Channels do not collect personal data about your online activities over time and across third party websites or online services, except those Online Channels & accounts directly controlled by Vault.

Use of information collected via mobile devices

In connection with mobile applications, Vault Bioventures may use third party service providers to analyze non-personally identifiable user activity, monitor usage, market and advertise. None of these third party service providers gathers information in a manner intended to identify any particular user personally.

We do not share your viewing history or trends with other users or any external third parties (i.e., persons or entities that are not affiliates or third party service providers of Vault Bioventures).

Vault Bioventures may provide links to third-party websites or information as a service to our users. If you use these links, you will leave the Online Channels. Such links do not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Vault Bioventures of the third party, the third- party website, or the information contained therein, and Vault Bioventures shall not be responsible or liable for your use thereof. Social networking

The Online Channels may allow you to sign into and associate your social network accounts including, but not limited to, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, with Vault Bioventures. The Online Channels also may allow you to log in to a Vault Bioventures account using certain social network account credentials.

We use Google Analytics to track social shares made at our website. Google automatically collects and stores certain information in their server logs which includes device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL, cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your Google Account, in accordance with their data privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We embed a Facebook widget to allow you to like/share/recommend our webpages. Vault Bioventures follows accepted standards of information security to protect personal data from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Authorized Vault Bioventures personnel and third party service providers may be provided access to personal data. These personnel are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite any and all precautions, Vault Bioventures cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personal data.

We may retain personal data regardless of the relationship in order to protect ourselves against legal claims, use it for analysis or historical record-keeping, or comply with our information management policies. Vault Bioventures will make reasonable attempts to delete all instances of the information upon your request.
