Lee Sammartino

I am the Chief Innovation Officer, Digital Transformation Lead at Vault Bioventures. My responsibility is to assist Vault and our clients to think creatively and strategically about the bridge between their brands and business in the physical and digital worlds.

From the C-suite to the shop floor, I am a roll-up-the-sleeves leader with a “charge the castle” personality. I have spent the last 20+ years leading complex global brand, creative and enterprise technology teams outside of biopharmaceuticals. I’m passionate about healthcare, and the opportunity we have to make a difference for companies and the patients they serve.

Backed by the art & science of data, I live and breathe awesome creative, cutting-edge technologies, and engaging content. My focus is the business impact inside and outside of Vault that ultimately drives revenues, breaks down silos, aligns stakeholders, and increases efficiencies by identifying and removing stakeholder friction.

I am an experienced technologist, designer, producer, director, writer, musician, audio engineer, gear-head, code junkie, perpetual tinkerer, and well-versed in the tools of my trades. One of my primary responsibilities is to build and develop Vault Studios – dedicated to connecting scientific and business strategy with strategic creative execution through technology, brand development, design, and evolution, content development, storytelling, production, podcasts, events, workshops & presentations.

Final Thought

We don’t always have to see eye-to-eye…nonetheless, we still must be able see. Too often the ego precludes the best answer for the question(s) being asked – irrational thought supplants logic. Don’t let it. As humans, we are all more aligned in our thinking than we are led to believe.
