As Chief Innovation Officer and Digital Transformation Lead at Vault Bioventures, I work with senior leadership teams to clarify what’s next and build the structure to get there. My focus is aligning business and brand strategy with the technology, design, and operations needed to accelerate growth and readiness.
With more than two decades of experience leading global creative, technical, and enterprise teams, I bring a cross-industry perspective to healthcare—working at moments of inflection when organizations are evolving their brands, expanding markets, transforming business units, or unifying fragmented systems. My role is to cut through complexity, connect the right people to the right work, and build pathways that drive momentum and measurable value.

At the core, I’m a systems thinker with a behaviorist mindset and a builder’s toolkit. I focus on how organizations train, communicate, and operate—because sustained growth depends on more than strategy. It requires consistency, structure, and the ability to lead through change at every level. I work across Vault and our client ecosystem to develop scalable frameworks, support cross-functional execution, and build environments where strong ideas turn into stronger outcomes.
Outside the boardroom, I lead Vault Studios—a dedicated practice that brings together strategic storytelling, brand design, content development, technology integration, and production. It’s how we close the gap between scientific insight and business relevance, turning thinking into influence and strategy into action.
